Seychelles
The Seychelles is an archipelago of coral
and granitic islands, lying in the azure
blue tropical sea, just 1000 miles from
the Kenyan coast. Clear skies, beautiful
beaches and the unspoilt charms of
remote islands, Seychelles are an ideal
combination with a safari in Kenya, or
a combination with an island stay on
nearby Mauritius.

Acajou Hotel, Praslin
The lush setting and natural theme of this property offers guests a relaxing and tranquil stay. The beach is one of the nicest on the island and the calm waters are perfect for swimming and families with children. The property is constructed in a natural, rustic style typical of Praslin, with acajou wood imported from the Knysna region of South Africa and green corrugated metal roofs. The concept of the hotel is to integrate nature as much as possible within the property. The large open-air reception area is encircled by a large veranda with the restaurant adjacent.

Denis Island Lodge
Denis Island is a dreamy coral quay where radiant aquamarine waters lap its white empty beaches. It is the perfect refuge from the stresses of 21st century living, combining easy going elegance with a distinctly French ambience. Lush tropical forests cover the crescent shaped island, whilst beyond the coral reef the deep Seychelles Bank provides world class deep sea fishing. For those who need to unwind but cannot contemplate life without great cooking, Denis Island is ideal - the charming French Creole restaurant is one of the best in the Seychelles.
Denis Island is privately owned, and its charm lies in the intimate service and seclusion afforded by remaining small. Thatched and spacious cottages, tucked into the groves of casuarina and coconut trees that border the beach, are decorated with the casual island chic that characterises this heavenly escape. Large four poster beds, superb bathrooms, private courtyards with outside showers for cooling off under the deep blue sky or a galaxy of twinkling stars and large shady terraces looking out to sea make for a sublimely calming atmosphere which is almost impossible to resist.

Lemuria Resort, Praslin
Imagine a setting of lush vegetation which has been untouched over the centuries. Legend has it that when the continents were split up, a small piece of paradise survived - The Lemuria. Nowhere else could this be as true as in the Seychelles, especially on the white sandy beaches of Anse Kerlan, where turtles still lay their eggs in complete tranquility.
