Gorongosa National Park (View PDF)
Beautiful Gorongosa National Park is located in the Southernmost part of the Great Rift Valley of East Africa in Mozambiqe. It is one of the most untouched National Parks, with large herds of oribi, reedbuck, waterbuck, warthog, sable antelope, and elephant. Predators are slowly recovering with a number of lion prides and male coalitions found within the Park. It is also a birders paradise with one birder reporting seeing 120 species in one sitting!
